F-15 Weapons Systems Instructor WSO

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide the necessary flight sim/ground training to perspective squadron wing weapons officers.
- Designs and participates in structural programs aimed at teaching unit aircrews the functions and capabilities of weapons, weapons related equipment, weapons delivery systems, tactics, and weapons employment.
- Assist the unit commander in identifying weapons and/or tactical deficiencies and advising on necessary action programs to remedy problem areas.
- Assist in the development of flight training exercises designed to improve unit weapons delivery capability.
- Coordinate weapons and tactics intelligence training.
- Develop weapons and tactics training standards and criteria.
- Identify continuation training deficiencies and provide recommendations.
- Continuously monitor the status of weapons and tactics training and recommend improvements as appropriate.
- Modify existing lesson plans, presentations, briefing guides, syllabi, and other multi-media technical materials.
- Develop new lessons plans, presentations, briefing guides, syllabi, and other multi-media technical materials as required to reflect increased RFWS divisions as well as emerging RSAF weapons system technology and acquisition.
Qualifications and Experience:
- F-15E Instructor WSO.
- United States Air Force Weapons School Graduate (F-15E) (Dharan Only).
- Previous F-15E flying experience.
- Desired: Experience as an instructor at the USAFWS.
- Must have the ability to work as part of the overall team to accomplish all tasks and the mission of the RFWS.
Courses and Certifications:
- Must provide documentation of USAFWS instructor course completion.
- Required to pass RSAF flight medical examination (annual requirement).
- Proficiency with operating IBM compatible personal computers including Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel).
