Summary:

Airline Programs Department is in charge of managing programs being defined as Nose-to-tail full component support for airlines in North and South America. The activity generates approximately M$ 20 Revenue. The department staff is ten employees; in addition the department works closely to the employees in Repair Administration and Engineering. These teams are integrated to the Airlines Programs but report to Purchasing and Engineering respectively.  The Vice President of Airline Program is in charge of the Airline Programs Daily Operations and the profitability of the department.

Essential Functions:

• Oversees day to day operations.
• Takes decision when facing a problematic case or about the service.
• Administers Directors, staff and their results.
• Personnel management, motivates, sets up goals, and delegates.
• Deals with customer communications and negotiations.
• Prepares Program reviews. Supervises all programs.
• Insures that all commitments are kept.
• Assists PBH Sales and Marketing with Strategy and Campaigns.
• Overall program financial accountability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 'PBH' or 'Cost-per-Flight-Hour' OPERATIONAL Program Management experience is a MUST!!!
• Program Management or OEM experience.
• In depth understanding of Airline Cost per Flight Hour concepts.
• Contract experience including negotiations, interpretations.
• Good communicator with presentation skills at senior management levels.
• Computer skills; database and presentation tools.
• Planning and prioritizing tasks.
• Organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A four year college degree or equivalent in years of experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Provides supervision by setting up goals, requirements, and expectations.
