Supply Management Technician

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities of inventory management personnel in their training of RSAF supply personnel in all aspects of the 645XX or equivalent field and in their day-to-day inventory management actions.
- Assist personnel in the preparation of supply documents affecting supply system.
- Review requesters supply demands and monitor an effective response.
- Establish and direct the maintenance of documentation and administrative files and publication library as well as records of OJT received by trainees.
- Develop cycle inventory schedules and coordinate inventory schedules and coordinate inventory actions with inventory management and material facilities activities.
- Accomplish special inventories and required research when out of balance conditions are encountered.
- Prepare inventory adjustment vouchers and advise management of background of inventory discrepancies.
- Accomplish on-the-job training of RSAF personnel assigned to the management branch.
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of eight (8) years experience in AFSC 645X0 of which one (1) year must be at the seven (7) level with five (5) years experience in the USAF standard supply system as an inventory management technician or related experience in property accounting base supply, stock control and material accountability using RSAFM 67-1 or equivalent and two (2) years experience in an automated supply system.
