Responsibilities:

• Supervise contractor directed manning augmentee personnel actions for proper physical care of all assets in the supply account.
• Establish inspection standards to include regular inspection of receipts in warehouse assets and shelf life items.
• Monitor receiving operations. Accomplish expeditious receipts processing to preclude backlogs or delays in providing supply support. Maintain surveillance of receipt document processing.
• Monitor operations of the storage and issue section. Determine if proper locator and warehouse practices are employed. Observe stockage of items removal of issue and adherence to accepted ware housing practices.
• Monitor pick up and delivery operations. Accomplish timely response to maintenance delivery requirements.
• Plan and monitor on-the-job training of assigned RSAF personnel. Advise on proper warehousing and associated functions.

Experience:

• Requires a minimum of eight (8) years experience in AFSC 647X0 of which one (1) year must be at the nine (9) level with five (5) years experience in the USAF standard supply system as an inventory management technician or related experience in property accounting base supply, stock control and material accountability using RSAFM 67-1 or equivalent and two (2) years experience in an automated supply system.
