The position shall be part of the senior management team and shall report to the Director of Power generation & Distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project team and be responsible for the complete execution of the project within the cost and time lines.
• Interact with the client on contractual matters and obtain approvals required at various stages of the Project.
• Project performance tracking, take corrective and preventive measures and report to the management.
• Prepare manpower forecast - mobilize and demobilize based on the work progression.
• Control the project schedule and budget.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed to meet the client specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies with regard to purchasing, contracting, service orders, risk analysis and documenting.

Skills Required:

• Thorough knowledge of Construction management, estimating techniques, Project Planning and cost control systems
• Should be conversant with Project management software.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English is a MUST.
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred.

Qualifications Required:

• U.S. or Western Citizenship
• Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical Discipline
• Minimum of Ten (10) years experience in Project Management in Gas/Diesel Turbine Power Plants and small 10Mw Plants
  • At least Five (5) years as leading the team.
