Airport Policy and Procedures Manager

Citizenship Requirement:

Plan, develop and implement all aspects required to obtain an end-user focused solution to have all Procedures & Processes mapped and validated. Accountable that each entity / stakeholder has developed and updated applicable procedures.

Scope:

  • Engagement with all stakeholders (operational areas only)
  • Process mapping tool selection
  • Coordination of operational procedure / SOP development across company entities
  • Coordinate review of Operational Concepts and SOP's developed by the ORAT consultant in terms of consistency and clarity.
  • Define guidelines for standard SOP's structures / templates and promote use, provide support to other entities procedure development.
  • Process mapping data capture with designated counterpart company / Airport
  • Ensuring the Process mapping is concise and does not conflict with other operational departments
  • Ensure that Manual / Procedure architecture and hyper-linking / publishing methodology is end-user friendly.
  • Incorporate Process interface solutions from ORAT Core Airport Processes / Trial results into final document revision
  • Publishing of SOP's in line with work practice of the various stakeholders
  • Ensure SOP's and Manuals are made available in time for end user training purposes.
  • The task is implemented successfully if the end user will follow the Standard operational processes and procedures and will utilize the tools provided on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that documentation capabilities will enable ISO 9000 / 14001 Certification after start of Airport commercial operation
  • Other Duties as assigned

Required Education:

  • Higher education / University degree

Required Experience:

  • Work experience at airports and familiar with airport licensing processes and requirements / airlines with experience in process / procedure development is an advantage
  • Procedure / Document Management / Publishing work with major organization

Must have:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and be able develop new concepts quickly
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Knowledge of documentation / HTML tools

Other:

  • Experience in the field of project-management/-work, preferred
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Arabic, preferred
