Airport Procedure Review Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review Operational Concepts and SOP's for consistency and interfaces.
- Mapping and validate SOP's to ensure end user ease to understand a procedure in a most simplistic way with the key information to perform his / her job function.
- Support other entities/stakeholder in the development and updating of their applicable procedures for airport
- Reports initially to the SM Operational Readiness & Airport Transition Manager due to the requirement of Operational Concept Design review in early 2010. The reporting line will change at a later stage to the ORAT Procedures Manager.
- Review of airport Operator and other functions operational concepts developed by the ORAT consultant in terms of consistency and clarity.
- Engagement with key operational stakeholders on operational SOP development / standardization & training documentation requirements.
- Review of SOP's developed by the ORAT consultant in terms of consistency and clarity.
- Support other entities in their operational procedure / SOP development based on direction from the ORAT Procedure Manager
- Process mapping data capture with designated counterpart Airline/Airport or other entities
- Incorporate change of processes / interfaces identified by ORAT Core Airport Processes teams or ORAT Trial results into final document revision
- The task is implemented successfully if the end user will follow the Standard operational processes and procedures and will utilize the tools provided on a regular basis.
- Publish documentation, manuals and SOP's on the Intranet in user friendly intuitive formats.
- Based on user input, compile relevant training material for end user training and ORAT operational trials
- Ensure the end user obtains designated documentation to perform his / her job function through collaboration with the training departments and line management.

Required Experience:
- Work experience at airports / airlines with experience in process / procedure development is a must
- Procedure / Document Management writing and publishing essential
Required Skills/Expertise:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High degree of self-motivation, discipline to review, compile large amount of information.
- Strong written skills
- Must have advanced skills in MS Office, Visio and preferably be familiar with BPM tools / applications
- Knowledge of documentation / HTML tools is an advantage
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledge of Arabic, preferred
Required Education:
- A degree in aviation management, airport management or similar is preferred
