Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare evaluate, maintain Course Control Documents, Specialty Training Standards (STS) and Specialty Knowledge Tests (SKTs), using current training techniques and methods of instruction for validity and reliability.
• Be familiar with the use of Instructional Systems Development (ISD) programs, as well as curriculum planning and development
• Prepare reports and briefings, and other correspondence as required
• Be thoroughly familiar with the conceptual application of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) training programs

Experience Required:

• MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN
• Minimum of Ten (10) years experience as a Curriculum Specialist or equivalent
• Minimum of Seven (7) years experience in USAF Seven (7) Level or equivalent
• Successful completion of military OJT Administrator/Manager Course and Instructional System Development (ISD) Course
• Successful completion of a military or equivalent Instructor Course and rating of 'Instructor Qualified'
• Retired USAF Training manager, preferred
• Possession of BS or MS degree, preferred
