Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acts as principal technical contract advisor to the Director of Contracts & Procurement HQ RSAF for the purchase of major weapon systems and associated equipment through direct contracts.
• Establishes contractual technical language in response to requirements for new weapon systems or system upgrades generated by RSAF program offices and operational directorates, specifically in the area of Electronic Warfare, C31, Engineering, and Intelligence collection.
• Provides overall supervision of the Directorate's computer system with responsibility for Local Area Network (LAN) databases to meet present and future requirements. Establishes database requirements and supervises the design. Implementation and maintenance of computer software programs to track all contractual documentation. Incoming/outgoing correspondence, and local purchase vendor data.
• Establishes procedures for and supervises maintenance of the Directorate's office automation equipment to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of hardware and software.
• Maintains RSAF contractual documentation to ensure the RSAF is appraised of applicable provisions, changes and modifications that impact operational and logistics decisions and RSAF contractual programs/obligations.
• Carries out cost analysis & cost effectiveness studies, and evaluates cost estimate for planned and projected.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of a Master Degree from an accredited institution in Mathematics. Science, Engineering, or business administration with additional educational training at the Master level in Computer Science.
• Individual must have a minimum twenty (20) years experience in the fields of Electronics Warfare. Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C31), Engineering Management, avionics Maintenance, and Intelligence Operations.
• A minimum of ten (10) years experience in USAF operational specialties is mandatory.
• Familiarity with RSAF operational doctrine and logistics requirements is highly desirable.
