Experience Required:

• Government/DoD Marketing and Sales Experience (5-10 years) is mandatory
• Experience with USAF programs / contracts is mandatory
• Good working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, IDIQ and CLS Contracts is mandatory
• Documented success (pursuit and capture) of DoD or Federal Agency multi-year programs - preferably USAF programs (need documented proof)
• Documented business contacts and relationships with Aerospace OEM's, Primes and Tier 1 Suppliers (need references checked on this point)
• Strong understanding of business development pursuit strategy and sales closing techniques
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• Travel up to 50% will be required
