Summary:

The RSAF Base Training Wing Commander will be the focal point for all base training activities. The contractor shall provide qualified training specialists, AFSC 75172, who will augment and assist the RSAF Base Training Office. Personnel will assist the Base Training Wing in planning, developing, revising, evaluating and monitoring the full spectrum of training on the base to include English Language Training, Field Training (Technical Training) and On-the-Job Training. Contractor provided training specialists shall be fully qualified to accomplish the following duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain required training records and statistical data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Monitor progress of RSAF trainees.
• Prepare reports and records for RSAF trainees.
• Maintain liaison with training activities responsible for conducting, scheduling and supporting training requirements.

Experience:

• Requires a minimum of three (3) years experience in AFSC 751X2 career field, of which one (1) year must be at the seven (7) level, excellent communication skill and a high school degree or equivalent.
