Job Description:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Determine & develop training requirements.
• Implement and conduct training courses in accordance with RSAF Manual 105-31 and RSAF directives.

Knowledge/Education Required:

• Knowledge of theory of electronics and radio including theory of transistors and solid-state components, digital techniques, diagrams, and electronic schematic drawing is mandatory.
• Knowledge of unique avionic communication systems and equipment is mandatory.
• Must possess knowledge of training techniques.
• Methods of instruction, learning processes, training curriculum development, training evaluations, automated training systems, and aids.
• Use of audiovisual training aids and training reporting systems.

Experience Required:

• At least Six (6) years of experience in profession with no less than Three (3) years as Technical Instructor with the Bell Helicopter.
• Practical experience MUST be within the past Three (3) years.
