Summary:

  • MUST BE FLUENT in French, Arabic, and English.
  • Overall responsibility for the Distribution sales group and direct responsibility for key accounts. 
  • Manage day-to-day operations of sales staff.
  • Develop programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with targets established by senior management.
  • Manage accounts which are complex in nature.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include:
    • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
    • Planning, assigning, and directing work
    • Appraising performance
    • Rewarding and disciplining employees
    • Addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Extensive travel is required for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and interface with Sales, Product Lines, QC, Warehouse, and Accounting Department.
  • Receive, research and answer customer inquiries regarding sales orders, invoices, shipping data and paperwork.
  • Formulate and articulate new business opportunities identified from customer information and problem resolutions.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university
    • -OR- eight years related experience and/or training
    • -OR- equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) years aviation experience. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years Supervisory Experience.
