This position is responsible for the repair, overhaul, and maintenance of PT-6 engines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Utilize the instructions of applicable approved manuals used to carry out the tasks assigned
- Perform tasks required to repair or overhaul units being worked on
- Add additional part requirements to the Work Order
- Use all equipment safely
- Help maintain all shop tools and equipment in a serviceable state
- Assist in the instruction of apprentices
- International travel may be required
- May perform other duties as assigned

As Final Inspector (SCA Level III), within the SCA authority limitations granted, will also
(1) perform final inspection on engines as required prior to final assembly
(2) certify parts that have been repaired or overhauled
(3) scrap and approve scrapping of parts
(4) certify engines following Repair/Overhaul etc for return to service
(5) ensure all related Release Documentation is correct and complete.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have experience in the assembly, overhaul and repair of PT6 Engines
- Self motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality
- Ability to make excellent decisions and set appropriate priorities
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication
- Excellent collaborative problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Completion of initial/update training
- Must be willing to accommodate flexible working schedules, including shifts and
overtime

Desirable:
- Completion of Gas Turbine Overhaul course at a recognized vocational school
- OEM or accredited training specific to PT6 or CT58 engine models
