Job Summary:
The incumbent will work as part of
an established dispatch team in the day-to-day
scheduling and coordination of the Companies corporate
aircraft, which consist of 4 Gulfstream jets and 1
helicopter.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Will work with customers and their
staffs on trip requests, coordinating with our
internal Maintenance department on aircraft
availability, and assigning available aircrew (both
internal and contract).

Will be responsible for preparing
trip packages for our aircrew and customers, i.e.
coordinating with aircraft handlers and FBOs,
setting up commercial travel, hotels and rental cars
for aircrew, ensuring overflight and landing permits
for aircraft flying internationally, as well as many
other necessary details of trip planning.

Due to the extensive amount of
international travel and flight hours flown on these
aircraft, the incumbent will work an afternoon to
evening shift to provide additional hours of
coverage for the dispatch office.

He / she will also be required to
cross train with other dispatchers on their
responsibilities to ensure continuity.

Incumbent will also be responsible
for but not limited too, aircrew scheduling and
tracking of duty times, expanding the use of
technology to increase efficiency, reporting of any
payroll impact to customers, proxy reporting, and
tax disallowance tracking.
Experience
Qualifications:
-
Experience with Corporate aviation is
required, with five years or more being preferred.

Experience with Corporate Aircraft
scheduling software.

FAA Dispatchers’ License is
preferred.

Extensive international dispatching
experience is preferred.

The incumbent must be hard working
and demonstrate initiative and the ability to drive
results without direct supervision.

She / he must also be able to work
variable hours when in an "on call" status.

Due to the pace operations and the
tracking of information for regulatory compliance
the Flight Dispatcher must be detail oriented, be
able to work under pressure in a rapidly changing
environment, have excellent organizational skills,
and strong interpersonal and telephone skills.
