Duties and
Responsibilities:
-
Follow
the guidance of the Training Center Manager in the
operations of the Business Jet Department in order
to maximize profits and produce satisfied customers.
-
Responsible for all
Business Jet Training operations and activities.

Responsible for
budgeting and profitability.
-
Responsible for
appropriate personnel staffing to include recruiting
and hiring.
-
Responsible for
maintenance of existing training programs and
development of new training programs.
-
Responsible for
maintaining the simulators in a ready for training
status.
-
Responsible for FAA
liaison and regulatory compliance
-
Responsible for
customer satisfaction
-
Responsible for quality
control.
Experience and
Qualification:
-
Operations background a must, 10 years minimum
experience in aviation.
-
5
years minimum experience managing a 24 hour facility
of 15 plus employees.
-
Type rated with operational experience in at least
one of the following business jets: HS125, CE500,
CE525 or LR-JET required.
-
Experience with FAR part 142 and part 135 a plus.
-
Will require proficiency in MS office, e-mail
systems including minimum computer operating skills.
