Summary:
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
-
Create Repair Orders
-
Expedite Repair Orders according to requirement
-
Update in Quantum (shipping dates, scrap parts)
-
Approve or deny quotes with manager input
-
Respond and follow up on vendor’s correspondence
-
Discuss and resolve discrepancies of repair parts
with vendors
-
Coordinate receiving and shipping with warehouse
-
Obtain invoices and technical documentation from
vendors
-
Assist accounting with any issues regarding repair
orders
-
Handle repair warranty return
-
Assist Manager with special projects
-
Handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
-
Maintain hard copy file folders
Qualification/Requirements:
-
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation field
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to network across the company effectively
and maintain good working relationship with all
departments and employees
-
Proven negotiation skills
-
Proficient with current software packages such as
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
