Summary:
-
Responsible for the
review of engine records, establishing zero time
trace documentation on all Life Limited Parts (LLP)
in chronological order of events. Engine Models
CFM56, CF34's, CF6-80's, RB211's, V2500, P&W's.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
-
Review of engines and
LLP records for purchase, lease of sales
-
Maintain and manage the
records for lease pool and engines available for
sale by maintaining accurate posting, tracking and
filing of all records
-
Communicate with
customers in regards to records questions and
concerns
-
Travel to review
records for engines being purchased from various
companies as necessary
-
Generate LLP Sheets,
A.D. Status, Engine Status Books and Piece Part
Records Folders
-
Contact outside sources
for documentation
-
Duplicate Video, CD,
and DVD material
-
Generate mini packs for
internal use
-
Receive incoming
aircraft
Qualification/Requirements:
-

Must have High School
Diploma or equivalent experience. Associate Degree
Preferred.

Minimum 10 years of
engine and/or aircraft record experience; aviation
industry

Strong customer service
orientation

Excellent reading and
communication skills

Ability to work in a
high pressure environment

Proficient with current
software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel,
Outlook
-
Desire to work in a
small firm environment, which requires a broad range
of skills
