Summary:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Project and Development, the position is responsible for managing all processes related to PBH.  The PBH Program provides service (repair, exchange, other) to airlines for a set cost per flying hour fee.  The idea is to reduce stock investment costs for the airlines.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all processes related to PBH (Customer Support, company AOG, purchasing, repair administration, TAT, OEM performance, maintain central data base, engineering, cost control, profitability).

• Manage and fulfill contract commitment with customers under the full component report

• Manage South and Central America PBH Accounts. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years current PBH experience REQUIRED.

• BA in Management or related areas (or equivalent experience)

• 10 years experience in the Airline Industry

• 8 years experience in Management

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish

• Experience as maintenance or material manager in an airline

• Must have knowledge of airlines' requirements for component operations

• Extensive Customer Service experience
