Summary:
RGTS is a large specialized contractor& service provider working to meet
customers’ special requirements .RGTS based and operates in KSA and the
gulf region, working with as a supply chain manager and support provider
in repair and refurbishment for aerospace and related ground support
equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the investment (Financial)
appraisal process including conducting valuation analysis,
developing financial models, assessing deal economics and risks, and
conducting due diligence.

Participate as a member of the Business
Development Project Team, the team will drive the corporate business
development initiatives to completion, including conducting
research, conducting valuation analyses, assessing deal economics
and risks, determining deal pricing, negotiating I structuring
terms, conducting due diligence, obtaining executive I board
approval and execution, the "Team" will appraise the feasibility and
viability of new transactions (Projects and Ventures) with regard
to:
Market and demands studies.
Plan power plans.
Financial evaluation and budget.
Social, economic and environment
impact.
Strategic fit.
Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent with
a minimum of 4 years of related experience.

Knowledge of the principles and
practices of Business Development Inducting Merger & acquisition,
financial modeling, analysis and valuation.
-
Demonstrated ability to work in
multiple projects simultaneously and to work under tight deadlines
in dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
-
Demonstrated deep understanding and
practical application of transaction related company and asset
financial valuation, financial analysis, acquisition analysis and
accounting.
-
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft
Excel and Power Point.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

Strong interpersonal and
communication skills: the ability to interact effectively with a
wide variety people of diverse professional and cultural
backgrounds.

Proven leadership skills:
the ability to successfully motivate and guide team members

Solid organization,
analytical and problem solving skills: the ability to assess
situations quickly and follow-up efficiently and effectively.
