Summary:
The Business
Development Analyst will be responsible to assist the Corporate Business
Development Manager in identifying, analyzing and executing specific
business opportunities for the profitable growth and diversification of
the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Business Development Manager
in coordinating the activities of external advisors.
-
Conduct research, conduct valuation
analyses, assess deal economics and determining deal pricing,
negotiating I structuring terms, conducting due diligence, obtaining
executive I board approval and deal execution.

Provide support to Business Development
Project Team in all facets of deal evaluation and execution, this
entails working closely with cross-functional teams from internal
ACC departments and external advisors.
Experience and Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent
(Master's Degree is preferred) with a minimum of 2 years of related
experience.

Considerable knowledge of the
principles and practices of Business Development including merger
and acquisition process.

Demonstrated ability to work in
multiple projects simultaneously and to work under tight deadlines
in dynamic environment with minimal oversight.

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft
Excel and Power Point.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

Strong interpersonal and
communication skills: the ability to interact effectively with a
wide variety people of diverse professional and cultural
backgrounds.

Proven leadership skills:
the ability to successfully motivate and guide team members

Solid organization,
analytical and problem solving skills: the ability to assess
situations quickly and follow-up efficiently and effectively.

Team oriented work style,
with a pro-active, open-minded, and flexible approach.

stress: ability to function effectively in a demanding, fast-paced,
and constantly changing work environment.

Compensation Offered: Qualified candidates
