Summary: A
large, specialized
contractor& service provider working to meet customers’ special
requirements. The Company is based and operates in KSA and the
gulf region, working with as a supply chain manager and support provider
in repair and refurbishment for aerospace and related ground support
equipment; the Company currently employs about 1000 people with an
annual turnover in excess of 50 Million Dollars.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Assembles, and installs aircraft structural assemblies,
subassemblies, and airframe structures on aircraft systems
-
Identifies nonconforming parts, conditions and manufacturing
processes, which cause nonconformance.
-
Applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in
determining equipment malfunctions.
-
Applies required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or
operation, and applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve
moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation
such as; blueprints or manufactures’ manuals.

Must
have a thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component
troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts,
-
Must
have broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural
modifications and repair.

Must
have basic knowledge of electrical theory.
-
Must
have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test
equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet
metal brakes and sheers.
-
Must
have working knowledge of technical publications.
-
The
incumbent, will occasionally be required to lead teams through more
complex aircraft relevant tasks, and may be required to make entries
in aircraft logs and records.

Must
be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned
projects.
-
Applies efficient
work practices.
-
Documents repairs,
communicate with fabrications and machine shops to obtain data and
suggestions on discrepancies.
-
Assist in the
understanding and implementation of repairs of the aircraft.
-
Quality Assurance –
Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the
Quality Assurance system relevant the organization.
-
Safety –
Responsible for personal safety safe working practices & procedures.
Education and Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years
Aviation Military Maintenance experience.
-
Must have FAA A&P
Mechanic License, or EASA [European Aviation Safety Agency]
-
Proficient with
developing engineering drawings in CAD , knowledge and understanding
of fit, form and function of mechanical designs.
-
A good
understanding of aerospace materials, requirements and fasteners.
-
Must be able to
obtain and maintain security clearance.
-
A degree or a
diploma, university degree is preferred.
-
Technical
engineering B. Sc. A E or B.Sc. M E.
-
Have held or worked
in similar work environment within the last three years of his
career.
-
At least of 5 years
of Engineering experience on fighter aircraft is preferred.

Languages: English
