Training Specialist

Location: Saudi Arabia

Required Citizenship: United States

Summary: This position will augment and assist HQ RSAF/Directorate of Air Training and planning, development, revision, evaluation and monitoring of RSAF training programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist RSAF Headquarters in preparing course control documents, Specialty Training Standards (STS) and Specialty Knowledge Tests (SKT's), using current training techniques and methods of instructions.

• Prepare, revise and update training manuals and other training materials.

• Advise Base Training Wing of RSAF training program objectives and recommend corrective action for recognized training problems.

• Prepare directives for administrative and control of training programs.

• Provide guidance in development and use of training aids, training curriculum and other instructional materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Requires a minimum of three (3) years experience in curriculum development, AFSC 751Z2 of which two (2) years must be at the seven (7) level.

• Must have excellent communication skills.

• Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
