Guided Weapon Maintenance
Instructor

Saudi Arabia
Required
Citizenship: United States
Summary: To augment,
advise, and assist RSAF in an effective F-15 Guided Weapon Maintenance
and OJT operation to support the RSAF planned operational training and
flying program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Design,
develop, and conduct courses in a wide range of
subjects in the Guided Weapon Maintenance career
field that include, but are not limited to:
troubleshooting techniques, assembly of missile
parts, modification of missiles, testing of guidance
control units, engines, motors and the use of
related ground equipment.

Preparation of Training Documentation including
Course Control Documents, Student Study Guides,
Lesson Plans.
-
Supervise
student practical work and ensure that safely
precautions are observed, compile training progress
and disciplinary reports for students in sphere of
responsibility and maintain documentation on
training and trainees.

Assist,
when required, in the formal assessment of student
progress.
-
Conduct
advanced F-15S technical courses for RSAF personnel
for management positions.
-
Provide
qualification training for newly assigned
instructors.
-
Act as
Curriculum Specialist when required, maintain and
operate any training aids or equipment.

Maintain a
Safe Custody Register.

Conduct
general technical courses not restricted to Guided
Weapons Maintenance.
Experience and Qualifications:
-
Minimum
seven (7) level experience required.

Must be a
graduate of a military service or recognized
civilian technical Training Institute having
specialized in Guided Weapon Maintenance.

Must have
completed a formal Instructional Techniques Course.

Be capable
of designing, developing and conducting all courses
in accordance with RSAFM 105-31.

At least
two (2) years instructional experience (in the past
five (5) years), including instruction in the Guided
Weapon Maintenance career field is mandatory.

At least
five (5) years practical experience in the Guided
Weapon Maintenance career field is also mandatory.
