Avionics Instruments &
Flight Control Instructor - B-Shop
Location:
Saudi Arabia
Required
Citizenship: United States
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Design
develop and conduct courses in a wide range of
subjects in the Flight Control Systems career Field
that include, but are not limited to:
troubleshooting techniques, assembly of parts,
modification of components, testing of control
units, and the use of related ground equipment.

Preparation of Training Documentation including
Course Control Documents, Student Study Guides, and
Lesson Plans.
-
Supervise
student practical work and ensure that safety
precautions are observed, compile training progress
and disciplinary reports for students in sphere of
responsibility and maintain documentation on
training and trainees.
-
Assist,
when required, in the formal assessment of student
progress.
-
Conduct
advanced F-13S technical courses for RSAF personnel
at the five (5) skill level or above.
-
Conduct
professional development courses to prepare RSAF
personnel for management positions.
-
Provide
qualification training for newly assigned
instructors.
-
Act as
Curriculum Specialist when required, maintain and
operate any training aids or equipment.

Maintain a
Safe Custody Register.

Conduct
general technical courses not restricted to Flight
Control maintenance.
Experience and Qualifications:
-
Must be a
graduate of a military service or recognized
civilian Technical Training Institute having
specialized in Flight Control Systems.

Must have
completed a formal Instructional Techniques Course.

Must be
capable of designing, developing and conducting all
courses in accordance with RSAFM 10503.
-
At least
two (2) years instructional experience, (in the past
five (5) years), including instruction in the Flight
Control Systems career field is mandatory.

At least
five (5) years practical experience in the Flight
Control Systems career field is also mandatory.
