Hush House Facility Technician

Location: Saudi Arabia

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall maintenance and operation of the Hush House facility.
Maintain the Hush House facility in accordance with applicable maintenance directives.
Plan and coordinate all facility scheduled inspections.
Assist in accomplishing all daily inspections.
Develop and implement Hush House preventive maintenance programs.
Instruct RSAF technicians and designated contractor personnel on proper Hush House maintenance, safety, operational sand inspection procedures and requirements.
Determine requirements and levels of maintenance and troubleshooting to be performed by facility specialist.
Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting, repairing, calibration of the test facility.
Coordinate required facilities support to repair Hush House systems.
Monitor delivery of parts requisitions and conduct follow up investigations.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum seven (7) level experience required.
Mandatory experience as an aircraft jet engine test cell operator with five (5) years experience in Maintenance and operation of: sound suppressed Hush Houses and support equipment required for testing for F100_PW-220/229 engines.
Knowledge of aircraft jet engine maintenance, electrical, mechanical and pneudraulic principles that apply to engine test cell facilities and equipment is mandatory.
Ability to use and interpret technical orders, workflow diagrams, blueprints, schematics and writing diagrams a must.
A strong background is required in the areas of: Technical Writing, Safety, Industrial Facilities Management, Preventative Maintenance and foreign Object Damage Prevention Programs, Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Procedures, and Corrosion Control Procedures is mandatory.
