Aircraft Electrical Systems
Technician
Location:
Dhahran,
Saudi Arabia
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
To perform depot
level electrical system maintenance.
-
Troubleshoots,
inspects, and repairs assigned aircraft and equipment.
-
Documents all
maintenance actions as prescribed by established procedures.
-
Orders and
receives parts.
-
Performs specialty
assignments, which can be, but are not limited to: flight line,
dock maintenance, AGE, special vehicle maintenance, aircraft repair
branch functions and intermediate maintenance fabrication shops.
- Attend conversion / difference
training on an unfamiliar fighter/bomber aircraft
Education and Qualifications:
-
Requires a minimum
of 8 (eight) years experience in military fixed wing aircraft
maintenance
-
Military
qualifications as an Aircraft Electrical System Mechanic
-
US Air Force F-15,
A-10, F-16 or other military aircraft maintenance experience is
acceptable
-
US Navy/Marine
Corps F/A-18, F-14, A-6, S-3 maintenance experience is acceptable
-
Heavy maintenance
experience (phase dock, depot, iso-dock) preferred
-
Experience in
performing or supervision functions such as the installation,
repair, or modification of aircraft electrical systems is mandatory.

Ability to
learn, transition, and work on unfamiliar fighter/bomber aircraft is
essential.
