Aircraft Electrical Systems Technician

Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform depot level electrical system maintenance.
Troubleshoots, inspects, and repairs assigned aircraft and equipment.
Documents all maintenance actions as prescribed by established procedures.
Orders and receives parts.
Performs specialty assignments, which can be, but are not limited to: flight line, dock maintenance, AGE, special vehicle maintenance, aircraft repair branch functions and intermediate maintenance fabrication shops.
Attend conversion / difference training on an unfamiliar fighter/bomber aircraft

Education and Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of 8 (eight) years experience in military fixed wing aircraft maintenance
Military qualifications as an Aircraft Electrical System Mechanic
US Air Force F-15, A-10, F-16 or other military aircraft maintenance experience is acceptable
US Navy/Marine Corps F/A-18, F-14, A-6, S-3 maintenance experience is acceptable
Heavy maintenance experience (phase dock, depot, iso-dock) preferred
Experience in performing or supervision functions such as the installation, repair, or modification of aircraft electrical systems is mandatory.
Ability to learn, transition, and work on unfamiliar fighter/bomber aircraft is essential.
