Responsible for assisting the Director
Projects with the management and the execution of one or more
simultaneous projects from the contract proposal preparation phase
to completion.

The Project Manager will perform a
variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning
responsibilities, and monitoring and summarising progress of the
projects.

The Project Manager oversees all
aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling
processes.

Assist Director Projects in defining
(scope) and implementing project plans from proposal scoping through
project start up, execution and completion in accordance with
customer and company requirements.

Manage and orient the project teams.

Define and determine role of project
management in each assigned project, including specific roles and
responsibilities for each project member.

Provide hands-on project management and
actively manage project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome
for selected project(s) as approved by Director Projects.

Continuously monitor projects progress
and ensure projects deliverables stay on-time, on-target and
on-budget.

Anticipate and catch deviations from a
project schedule early, keep all participants informed and identify
recovery plan as required.

Identify, log, analyze and manage on a
timely basis all potential and actual projects issues and risks and
identify actions to overcome them.

Working with specialists, define
projects deliverables acceptance criteria and obtain on time
customer approvals for each deliverable.

Ensure phase & final invoicing internal
and from subcontractors is timely and accurate.

Prepare communication plan and related
projects status reports to company management and customer to
provide projects updates on activities and deliverables.

Understand of relevant methodologies,
processes and standards and ensure that all projects team members
understand and follow them.

Recommend new processes for quality
improvement, cost reduction and on-time delivery.

Bachelors Degree in Aerospace
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of seven (7+) years of
experience of increasing project management responsibilities within
a global, multicultural organization.

Ability to meet schedules and deliver
quality results in the committed time period.

Effective communication skills both
verbally and in writing.

Excellent analytical and organizational
skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project
environment and manage multiple projects.

effectively with project teams and customers.
